Overview

RetroRoam provides AI-powered poster generation and print fulfilment services. By using our site and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The Service

RetroRoam transforms your uploaded photographs into vintage travel poster art using artificial intelligence. You can purchase these as giclée prints on 200gsm matte fine art paper, unframed or framed.

Each poster is uniquely generated and results may vary between attempts.
The AI generation process is not guaranteed to produce results for every photograph. Dark, blurry, or low-resolution images may not produce satisfactory results.
Generated posters are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.
You must be 18 or over to order from RetroRoam.

Orders & Pricing

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) for UK customers, EUR (€) for customers in the Eurozone, and USD ($) for US customers. Applicable taxes are included where required.
Shipping is free to all currently supported destinations: the United Kingdom, the United States, and the Eurozone countries of the European Union. Orders of two or more prints automatically receive a 10% discount at checkout.
Orders are fulfilled by our print partner network. Estimated delivery is 5–7 working days for UK orders and 7–14 working days for US and European orders.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of checkout.
For the occasional order that ships across a border, any import duties or local taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. We print locally where we can, so this rarely applies.

Returns & Refunds

Because each poster is uniquely generated and custom-printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. This is consistent with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exempt personalised goods from the 14-day cooling-off period. However, we stand firmly behind the quality of what we send you:

Damaged or defective prints: If your print arrives damaged, mis-printed, or with any quality issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement. Where a replacement isn’t possible — or where you’re entitled to a refund under your statutory rights — we will refund you.
Non-delivery: If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with our print partner and arrange a replacement or refund if it cannot be located.
Wrong item: If you receive a print other than the one you ordered, contact us within 14 days for a free replacement.

Please check your delivery address at checkout — if an order can’t be delivered because the address was wrong or incomplete, a re-send may incur a further charge.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically arrive in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the posters you generate. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights, and that it isn’t unlawful or offensive or an image of someone else used without their permission.

You grant RetroRoam a temporary licence to process your photo only to create and fulfil your poster, and you agree to cover us for any third-party claim arising from content you upload. We don’t claim ownership of your photos or posters, and we may decline or cancel any order that breaks these terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Limitation of Liability

RetroRoam is provided “as is”. While we strive for the best possible quality, we cannot guarantee that every generated poster will meet your expectations. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Where the law gives you rights that cannot be excluded, those rights always apply.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the Northern Ireland courts can deal with any dispute. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the mandatory protections of your home country.
