Yes, if your photo is wider than it is tall. You'll be asked whether you'd like portrait or landscape. Every size and frame comes either way, at the same price.

It depends on the size and whether you'd like it framed. Delivery is always free, unframed prints are 10% off when you order two and 20% off three or more, and framed prints 10% off two or more. You'll see prices in pounds, dollars or euros, depending on where you live. See all prices

30×40, 45×60 and 50×70 cm (12×16, 18×24 and 20×28 in), plus A4 unframed in the UK and Eurozone. Each one fits a standard shop-bought frame where you live. With a mount, the frame is bigger than the print: 40×50, 56×71 or 60×80 cm.

Giclée-printed with archival pigment inks on 200gsm enhanced matte art paper. Kept out of direct sun, it should last 100 years or more without fading. Frames come in black, dark grey, white, natural wood, brown, light grey, antique gold or antique silver, with a perspex front, so there's no glass to break.

To the United Kingdom, the United States and the 21 euro countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. Standard delivery is free everywhere, and in the UK and US you can pay for faster delivery at checkout. Prints travel rolled in a rigid tube or box, and frames in a heavy-duty box with corner guards.

Each poster is printed just for you at the lab nearest you, which takes 1–2 working days. Then it's posted: 2–3 working days in the UK, 4–8 to the US and Eurozone. So UK orders usually arrive 3–5 working days after you order, and US and Eurozone orders in 5–10. We'll email you when it's on its way. Posters in one order may arrive separately.

Yes, in the UK and US you can choose Express or Priority delivery at checkout. Your poster still takes 1–2 working days to print, because it's made just for you, so faster delivery speeds up the shipping, not the printing. In the UK, Express is £5 and Priority £10 for prints, and framed prints already go by express courier for free. In the US, prints are $20 Express and $35 Priority, and framed prices depend on the size. UK standard delivery is free, tracked and arrives in 3–5 working days.

For Christmas delivery, order by Sunday 13 December in the UK (Friday 18 December for framed prints, or with Priority delivery), Friday 11 December in the US (Tuesday 15 December with Express, Friday 18 December with Priority) and Monday 7 December in the Eurozone. You choose faster delivery at checkout in the UK and US. These are the latest dates: earlier is safer, as the post slows down in December.

We'll email you a tracking link when your order is on its way. You can also enter your order reference (it's in your confirmation email) and your email on the tracking page. Track your order

Each poster is made just for you, so once your order has gone to the printer it can't be cancelled or changed. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away. If it hasn't gone to the printer yet, we'll change it or refund you in full. Contact us

Tell us within 14 days of delivery, ideally within 48 hours. Send your order reference and photos of the print, the tube or box it came in, and the shipping label. Keep the packaging until then: couriers need it to settle a claim. We'll send a free replacement, or refund you if we can't, and you won't need to post anything back. This doesn't affect your statutory rights. Report a problem

Check your tracking link first. If it's 5 working days late, or the tracking hasn't moved for 5 days, send us your order reference and we'll look into it. If it's lost, we'll send a new one free. Contact us

Because each poster is made just for you, we can't take returns for a change of mind. If a print arrives faulty, we'll always replace it. Fancy a different mood or place? Get in touch and we can often offer a discount on a second design. Our terms
